Yangwang has released teaser images for its new executive flagship sedan, officially announcing the model’s name as the ALTIOR (Dingyao). Accordingly, the highly anticipated vehicle is slated for its global debut in the UAE this November. Furthermore, expected to measure approximately 5.5 meters in length and priced at over 2 million RMB, it will be the first model to feature BYD’s cutting-edge solid-state battery technology.

Exterior Design: Coach Doors and Luxury Stance

Based on the teasers, the car boasts a dual-tone exterior with a distinct white accent line sweeping from the hood to the roof, which likely extends all the way to the rear. Closer inspection of enhanced teaser shots reveals premium features, including coach doors and classic disc-style wheels. The side profile delivers a stately luxury stance with a short front overhang, a long rear overhang, and an extended dash-to-axle ratio (L113). The rear of the vehicle is fitted with dual-line taillights.

Signature Styling and Advanced Technology

Consistent with earlier spy shots, the front fascia is expected to retain Yangwang’s signature “Ding” family design language. The rectangular grille centers the brand logo, flanked by split headlights. The vehicle is equipped with a roof-mounted “watchtower” LiDAR, with additional sensors likely integrated into the front fenders. Furthermore, paired with the solid-state battery pack, the ALTIOR will support ultra-fast charging capabilities. We will continue to monitor and report on further updates for this new model.
